Yumgo Vegan Whole Egg Substitute is plant-based and can be used in place of eggs in both sweet & savory applications. It is easy to use in the production of pastries, croissants, pain au chocolat, brioche, cakes, madeleines, pancakes, crepes, quiches.
Pack Size: 1 kg (equivalent to approximately 143 eggs)
Ingredients: Rice flour, Potato protein, Hydrolyzed pea protein, Curcuma
Dietary Notes: Free of all common allergens, including gluten, nuts, and soy.
Applications: Pastries, croissants, pain au chocolat, brioche, cakes, madeleines, pancakes, crepes, quiches
Directions: Recommended dosage: 14%. Combine the water and powder with a hand blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Use the same amount of YUMGO Whole as whole eggs in recipes.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72 F, 20- 22 C)
