Tainori 64% (6.6lb) dark chocolate has complex but balanced cocoa flavor with tropical fruit flavors and notes of toasted nuts, dried fruit, and warm bread. Tainori is a single origin chocolate from the Dominican Republic, this Valrhona Grand Cru is made from cocoa beans from Duarte province. Pairs well with items such as apricot, mango, mirabelle plum, peach, cinnamon, nutmeg, sichuan pepper, vanilla, and honey. Great for coating, molding, bars, ice cream, custards, and ganache.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
