Valrhona Yuzu Inspiration features the beautiful citrus flavor of yuzu fruit with the smooth texture and versatility of chocolate. Dehydrated yuzu juice is combined with cocoa butter, sugar and lecithin to create a completely unique product with all the freshness of yuzu in the form of chocolate. Can be used for moulding bonbons and chocolate bars, and is exceptional in mousse, cremeux, ganache, ice creams, and sorbets.

Inspiration is an innovative new couverture line from Valrhona, created entirely with natural ingredients for vibrant colors and flavors.

Composition: 34% Cocoa (min), 55% Sugar, 38% Fat
