Valrhona Strawberry Inspiration (1 lb) features the creamy texture of chocolate with the sweet, intense flavor of real confit strawberries. Dehydrated strawberries are mixed with cocoa butter, sugar and lecithin to create a completely unique product with all the freshness of strawberries in the form of a chocolate. Can be used for mousse, cremeux, and ganache, and is exceptional in molding, ice creams, and sorbets.

Inspiration is an innovative new couverture line from Valrhona, created entirely with natural ingredients for vibrant colors and flavors. Now in pistoles form instead of the traditional Valrhona Feves.

Composition: 37% Cocoa (min), 39% Sugar, 38% Fat

Pairing Suggestions: Coconut, Lemon, Anise, Cilantro, Mint, Vanilla, Nougat, Orange Blossom, Verbena, White Jasmine Tea, Cocoa

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter 37.9%, strawberry powder 14.2%, dried glucose syrup, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
