Valrhona Dark, Milk, and Dulcey Chocolate Pearls are crunchy puffed cereal pieces coated in Valrhona chocolate for a delicious mix of color, texture, and taste. They can be used as a garnish, adding a whimsical and classy finishing touch to your desserts or pastries. Sprinkle on top of glazed cakes, entremets, or desserts to add an elegant touch with little effort. You can even toss with luster dust to add even more sparkle and shine!

Combine with ice cream, bavarois, or mousse to add a crispy chocolate texture to your desserts that remains crunchy or use them to adorn the rim of a beverage glass - the possibilities are endless!

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
