Republica de Cacao Grower's Choice milk chocolate 33% (Case of 2 - 16.5lb) is sweet with medium fluidity and notes of toasted brioche, cappuccino, and rich cocoa. It is great for molding, chocolate bars, mousse, ganache, ice cream, sorbets, and more. This blend created from Cacao Arriba from Ecuador, milk from the Andes mountains, and sugar from the coastal plains of Colombia.
