Republica del Cacao White Chocolate 33% with Roasted Corn (5.5lb) combines single-origin, creamy white chocolate with the sweet, toasted flavor of roasted corn. This unique chocolate is made with raw sugar panela artisanally produced from the community of Pacto, Ecuador, to maintain its nutrients, minerals, vitamins and proteins. The corn is sourced from providers located on the Ecuadorian Andes. Its beautiful caramel color, balanced taste, fluidity, and versatility make it an alluring option for a variety of applications.

Composition: 16% Panela (Sugar), 6.5% Roasted Corn, 28% Whole Milk, 41% Fat

Ingredients: Cacao butter, whole milk powder, whole cane sugar (panela), sugar, roasted corn, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), salt, natural vanilla extract.

Dietary Notes: Contains Milk. Kosher Certified, Non-GMO Guaranteed, Non-Ionization Guaranteed. This product may contain traces of nuts (almonds, halzenuts, pistachio, pecan nuts), peanut, gluten, sesame, and egg proteins.

Shelf Life: 12 months from date of production 

Storage Recommendations: Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place between 60-64F (16-18C).

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
