Noel White Chocolate Flakes are made of white chocolate and polished to a shine naturally, making a beautiful decoration to enhance any dessert. These small, shiny white chocolate compound flakes with irregular shape can be used to decorate bon-bons and desserts, as well as an inclusion for ice-cream and chilled desserts.

Ingredients: Sugar, Dried Whole milk, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin Emulsifier, Artificial Flavors.

Applications: Bonbons, eclairs, cream puffs, ice cream, brigadieros

Storage Recommendations: Dry and cool (68- 72ºF, 20- 22ºC). After opening, wrap airtight and protect from heat, humidity, and light.

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
