The Nobel Pate de Fruit Collection contains a delicious assortment of gourmet apricot, cherry, passion fruit, green apple, raspberry, blood orange, and strawberry flavors. Pate de fruit is a classic treat, made with real fruit tossed in sugar, which is a perfect addition to a buffet, turn-down service, amenity, or tea service.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, strawberry puree (strawberry, sugar), raspberry puree (raspberry, sugar), blood orange puree (blood orange, sugar), apricot puree (apricot, sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), passion fruit, cherry puree (cherry, sugar), apple puree (apple, sugar), pectin, citric acid.

Dietary Notes: May contain traces of nuts, gluten, milk, soy, and sesame.

Storage Recommendations: Dry and cool (61-64F, 16-18C). After opening, wrap airtight and protect from heat, humidity, and light.

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
