With its high fluidity, it is perfect for bonbons, enrobing, bars, and pralines, but can also be used in preparing mousse, ice cream, ganache, cream fillings, nougat, cremino, decorations, gelato, and more.

Fluidity: Five drop (high)
Tempering: Melting 45C/113F, Tempering 27-28C/81-82F, Working 28-30C/82-86F
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, dry whole milk, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla extract.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
