Irca Pistachio Chococream is a ready-to-use, creamy spread made with 15% real pistachios. It has a soft consistency and is highly versatile, perfect to be used to fill croissants, brioche, and other confectionery items after baking or to flavor creams, fillings, and nougat. It is great for making the delicious, viral Dubai bar, and can also be heated to use as a glaze for pastries, cookies, and sweet breads.

Composition: 15% pistachios

Ingredients: Vegetable oil (palm), sugar, pistachios (15%), nonfat dry milk, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soya lecithin, artificial flavor.

Dietary Notes: Contains soy, milk, and Pistachios. May contain traces of tree nuts.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C) away from direct sunlight; once opened, store airtight.
