Gahara Pure Lemon Extract adds a delightful, refreshing quality to a variety of sweet and savory dishes. Use it in cakes, cookies, muffins, icing, cream fillings and sorbets to bring out true lemon flavor. Pure lemon extract adds citrus brightness to salad dressings, marinades and sauces.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight.
Ingredients: Alcohol (83%), natural lemon oil.
Additional Notes: This product contains alcohol which is flammable. Do not use with direct heat or near open flames. Do not taste directly. Extracts are intended as a flavoring ingredient only. Avoid direct contact with mouth, eyes, and skin.
Applications: As a flavoring ingredient.
Directions: Ready to use. Basic usage level for lemon extract, starting level to flavor 2 cups (1 lb) preparation batter or liquid use 1 teaspoon.
