Escali Probe Candy Thermometer is made of NSF-certified stainless steel, helping you consistently make delicious candy or deep fried items. The easy-to-read, shatter-proof dial display features common candy-making and deep frying temperatures in fahrenheit and celsius, including thread, soft ball, firm ball, hard ball, soft crack and hard crack markings. It is is dishwasher, oven, and grill safe, and has a steel clip for hands-free measuring. The extra long stem allows the probe to reach further into a large cooking vessel and the stainless steel clip holds the thermometer in a pot, or any vessel, for continuous hands free measurements.
