The Escali Digital Thermometer is easy-to-use, ergonomically designed with a comfort grip handle and long probe for prolonged, every-day use. The protective sheath features target cooking temperatures for poultry, beef, pork, lamb and veal, and a hole which allows the probe to be held at a safe distance over steaming hot liquids.
