Ingredients: Shell: Sugar, Almonds, Egg Whites, Corn Starch, Water, Food Coloring Preparation (Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Glycerin, Sugar, Blue 1, Yellow 5, Modified Corn Starch, Blue 2, Red 40, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Carrageenan Gum, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid). Filling: White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk, Soy Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavor), Light Whipping Cream (Cream, Carrageenan), Roasted Pistachios, Chlorophyll Color.

Dietary Notes: Contains nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, and wheat.

Applications: Used as a petit four, pastry buffets, amenities, retail item, or dessert and cake component.

Directions: Put the original packaging in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature before tasting.

Storage Conditions: Keep frozen until use. After opening, wrap airtight and protect from heat, humidity, and light. Shelf life: refrigerated - 5 days; room temperature - 2 days.
