Ingredients: Shell: Sugar, Almonds, Egg Whites, Corn Starch, Cocoa Powder, Food Coloring Preparation (Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Glycerin, Red 4, Yellow 6, Yellow 5, Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 3, Carrageenan Gum, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid). Filling: Light Whipping Cream (Cream, Carrageenan), Dark Chocolate (Unsweetened Chocolate, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Soy or Sunflower Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Glucose, Unsweetened Chocolate, Sea Salt.

Dietary Notes: Contains nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, and wheat.

Applications: Used as a petit four, pastry buffets, amenities, retail item, or dessert and cake component.

Storage Conditions: Keep frozen until use. After opening, wrap airtight and protect from heat, humidity, and light. Shelf life: refrigerated - 5 days; room temperature - 2 days.

Directions: Put the original packaging in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature before tasting.
