Chef Rubber Bronze Cocoa Butter (1.7oz) from the Jewel Collection adds vibrant color and shimmer to your chocolate creations. Chef Rubber colored cocoa butters are specially formulated to be true to their colors, giving you beautiful hues and limitless options. This colored cocoa butter can be utilized via airbrush, painted, used in a chocolate mold, or applied directly on molded chocolate.

Available in a wide range of pre-tempered colors. Made with FD&C colorants, FDA Compliant Pearl Pigments, and cocoa butter.

Ingredients: Cocoa butter, FD&C dye and lake colors: Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, TiO2, or calcium carbonate.

Dietary Notes: Kosher. Made in a facility that processes allergens.

To Use: Warm in increments to 86F/30C. Shake well. May need to be re-tempered.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
