Cacao Noel Cocoa Butter Buttons 3 lb are made of 100% deodorized cocoa butter and essential for decorative chocolate work. Cocoa butter is the fat obtained by compression of the roasted cocoa bean. It is used to increase fluidity and protect and promote hardening of candies.

Ingredients: Deodorized cocoa butter
Applications: To adjust viscosity of any couverture. As a medium for coloring chocolate. Melt with an equal part of couverture and use for spray gun. Also useful with transfer sheets and silkscreening.
Directions: Melt using typical methods.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight after opening.
