Cacao Barry Lactee Barry Equilibre 36% milk chocolate couverture has creamy dairy flavor with delightful biscuit notes. This pale milk chocolate has a beautiful, delicate color and classic milky taste. Use in mousse, ganache, enrobing, molding, and more.
