Cacao Barry Cara Crakine adds delicious crunch to your creations with a gourmand mixture of 34.5% caramel milk chocolate and toasted cereal. It is slightly sweet with the flavors of caramel and milk and amazing texture. Try it as a layer in cakes or tarts, or as a component in bonbon filling. Ready to use.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate flavored coating with caramel 34.5% (whole milk powder, cocoa butter, caramelized sugar, unsweetened chocolate, sugar, natural flavors), sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower), biscuit pieces (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, sunflower lecithin (emulsifier), starch, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent), salt, natural vanilla flavor), nonfat dry milk, soy lecithin (emulsifier), spices.

Dietary Notes: Contains milk, wheat, and soy. May contain tree nuts.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
