These flakes of dark chocolate have an irregular semi-rectangular shape and measure between 1.5 and 2.7 mm. With an elegant shiny look and ease of use, they can help finish off sweets with a very effective decoration.
In the ice-cream sector, they are widely used both as a decoration and as an ingredient for ice-creams such as "Stracciatella". In addition, they can be used to garnish ice-cream cakes, mousses, truffles, or the popular Brazilian Brigadeiro, etc. When you're looking to create a sparkling look, you can also mix or brush the flakes with gold, metal or colored luster dusts.
