They are also shelf-stable and uniform in size, made from high-quality ingredients and sturdy enough to hold heavy fillings while still keeping their crunch. Fill with custard, fruit, chocolate ganache, frangipane, mousse, and more. These two-bite tarts are a great addition to a buffet display or as a passed dessert, and get the benefit of time and cost savings over preparing tart shells from scratch.
